Proposals are most often individually unique and all groups of device types are different. Therefore, to efficiently obtain the largest return on your investment, several scenarios can be created...

  1. Serenity Electronics will purchase the entire lot of electronic components for a pre-determined amount. This dollar amount is determined on the marketability of each device type. The following are determining factors:

    • How many are available in the current market?
    • Has the market price increased or decreased?
    • Are they obsolete?
    • Does another manufacturer produce an equivalent device type?
    • How long will it take to sell them?
    • How many OEM's are using them?
    • What is the current complexion of the marketplace?
    • What are the current lead times?
    • Is the device type allocated?

  2. Serenity also has another plan that is more long term, yet produces more return to our vendors. This is especially a good approach if the inventory is either a large number of stock-keeping-units, an extreme dollar amount, or they are obsolete.

    • Serenity Electronics will manage your entire lot of electronic components for a pre-determined percentage of the sales.
    • Serenity will receive, count and determine date codes on all device type line items. Once completed, this information will be forwarded to our vendor in a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file and sent to you via e-mail attachment.
    • Serenity will immediately generate the same marketing analysis with all four on-line services. The inventory will continually be updated on a daily basis with all Internet providers.
    • Your inventory will be uploaded to the Serenity web site and monitored on a real time basis.
    • A marketing study will immediately be initiated to determine what sector of the electronic market uses these specific device types. It will also be determined whether they are obsolete, hard-to-find or in abundance and their current market value.
    • Serenity will directly solicit approximately 12,000 OEMs throughout the nation as to their use and/or need of all device types. This will be accomplished through facsimile, e-mail and telecommunications. Transmission will be on a daily basis.
    • On a monthly basis Serenity will submit to your company a listing of all transactions excluding the customer name. This will be accompanied by a Serenity corporate check representing a predetermined percentage of all sales revenue generated from your excess inventory.

Our inventory system allows us to communicate with your accounting department on a daily basis if required. Also, we are capable of communicating with your main frame through a weekly FTP file.

This will allow your company the opportunity of immediately capturing any tax relief that it is afforded. Secondly, you won't be burdened by the painful task of counting, sorting and determining date codes that are needed to successfully participate with any on-line service or facsimile program.

This proposal creates the time, patience and marketing expertise to maximize the opportunity of successfully returning a better than average income in an inventory glutted marketplace. It is in the best interest of Serenity Electronics Incorporated to maximize every potential transaction. Understanding the current marketplace environment will stimulate increased "per piece cost" pricing on each situation. This obviously becomes beneficial to your company. Serenity has the capability to determine which device types have lost the majority of their original net worth. We also can select the device types that have become obsolete and therefore generate a potential increase on their original cost.
