Shipping and Receiving

1. All PO’s must be hard copied to Serenity no later than 3:00pm to ensure they ship that day.
2. All PO’s must state a receiving date/preferred shipment method or they will automatically be sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Saver.
3. Parts are not “held”, no parts shall be deemed as sold until a PO is received.

Methods of Shipping

1. (In U.S.) Most shipments made by COD are done via Fed Ex. This cannot be done using the buyers FedEx account number nor is it done via FedEx Ground. *Exception: all orders under $100.00 can be made via UPS COD.
2. (In U.S) The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard. If utilizing this payment method, shipping method may then be either Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or USPS: customer’s choice.
3. (International Shipping) All shipments outside the United States are done via TT Advance. Once the transaction is complete and the payment is transferred AND received by Serenity, the warehouse will then ship the order via any shipping method/ shipping account number chosen by customer. We do not accept ANY credit cards as payment from any foreign country EXCEPT Canada.
4. For Canadian COD customers: currently all PO's are credit card or TT in advance. This is subject to negotiation. For established customers, if paying by check, it MUST be drawn on an American bank. We CAN NOT accept checks drawn on foreign banks.

Once your shipment has been processed the warehouse will then fax you a copy of the invoice
including all charges and a tracking number.

Returns      [top]

Serenity Electronics takes great care with each shipment. Every package that leaves our warehouse is first inspected by the QA manager to ensure accuracy. If, however, a discrepancy is found and/or a part is deemed faulty, all claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product, which will require a RMA #. Please refer to the Serenity Quality Assurance Manual ISO 9001:2008 for returns. All shipping fees for valid returns will be paid for by Serenity.

Certificate of Compliance      [top]

Every Packing List and Invoice holds a Serenity Electronics certificate of compliance that reads as follows:

Seller hereby certifies that the products furnished have been manufactured in accordance with, and will conform to, applicate Manufacture’s or United States Government Military specifications and that any Value-Added work performed by seller on any such products has been done in accordance with applicable customer’s specifications relating to such work; provided, however, that seller’s liabilities with respect to any product not meeting any such specifications is limited, set forth in Sellers Limited Warranty Of Liabilities herein.
